Serves the varied educational needs of Catholic and non-Catholic youth in the greater Lansing area. Students hail from as many as 20 different middle and elementary schools in all directions including Howell (southeast), Mason & Holt (south), Lansing (central), DeWitt & St. Johns (north), Grand Ledge & Westphalia (west), and East Lansing, Okemos & Williamston (east).

Courses are not weighted in the determination of GPA or class rank. Students who achieve a grade point average of 3.8 or above are recognized for Highest Honors; 3.5 to 3.79 for High Honors; and 3.0 to 3.49 achieve Honor Roll status.
Students can choose from six Advanced Placement courses, 11
honors courses, four languages, a complete fine and applied arts program as well as traditional and innovative courses to meet the needs of every student. In 2007, Lansing Catholic administered 128 AP tests, students scored an average of 3.2 out of 5. Additionally, junior and senior students have the opportunity to pursue vocational or college courses off campus.
Students who have learning differences and have an active
Individualized Education Plan (IEP) are accommodated by Lansing Catholic teachers and receive services through the Lansing School District.

96-98 percent of Lansing Catholic graduates get into the college or university of their choice.
College placement services at Lansing Catholic are unique to the school. Dr. Frank Bernier, college placement coordinator, works with every student and his or her family find the ‘best match’ college and successfully search for scholarships.
